These supervised coaching masterclasses provide a group learning environment. Which allows participants to develop executive master coaching and/or team master coaching skills at an individual pace.

THE COACHING SUPERVISION MASTERCLASS PROGRAM is a comprehensive certification program.

It consists of 10 monthly modules.

  • The classes are once a month over a 365-day period.
  • Upon completion of 10 monthly face-to-face training modules within 12 months, successful participants receive a Certificate in Applied Coaching Competencies

  • The coaching supervision masterclass program strictly follows the Code of ethics outlined by the International Authority of Coaching and Mentoring and ICF.
  • In addition, you become a Noble Manhattan Certified Coach

in Skopje – 4-th Saturday of Every Month.

  • Skopje is the central location for the Balkan Region. Therefore professionals from a number of the surrounding countries gather together every month for the monthly Coaching Masterclass. This is how you can meet and learn new coaching skills together with top professionals from Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Greece.

Real-life coaching scenarios to be tackled as a group.
Collection of the real-life coaching scenarios suitable to group supervision and mentoring. Participants bring up the topics to the group. Group selects 2 scenarios to be tackled.
9:30 – 10:30
Master the Art of Coaching, part 1
Group supervision, feedback, mentoring and interactive discussion on coaching techniques, models, and best practices.
10.30 – 10:45

Master the Art of Coaching, part 2

Review the list of topics/ issues / scenarios brought to the group by each member. Indicate which one you would like to be involved in addressing.

Challenge of the Day
The group will engage in a debate discussing a difficult ethical or moral issue. They will explore all aspects of the issue and how it impacts on the role of the coach. Additionally whether certain coaching work would represent a conflict with the coaching code of conduct. Each person can evaluate their own response / view / feelings. Also participants suggest what they think is appropriate to the situation.
Through lively discussion the group is encouraged to reach agreement on what decisions the coach should make. The decision should include how the coach should act when presented with the said situation.
